TerroirThe vines are planted on a clay soil which is quite heavy and will give powerful, colourful and tannic wines.
VendangeThe grapes are harvested mechanically, which allows them to be picked at an excellent maturity.
VinificationThe grapes are completely destemmed. The vatting period lasts about 60 days, which gives a nice roundness, powerful aromas and a nice colour.
ÉlevageAged in concrete vats with regular racking to clarify the wine, which will allow very little filtering.
