Terroir

The clay-limestone terroir of our estate allows for optimal ripening of Grenache noir grapes. This soil ensures a good balance between water retention and drainage, contributing to the concentration of aromas and complexity of the wine.

Vendange

Mechanical harvesting makes for faster, more efficient harvesting, enabling grapes to be picked at optimum ripeness. What's more, it preserves grape quality by avoiding excessive handling, ideal for delicate grape varieties.

Vinification

Les raisins sont égrappés. Les températures de fermentation sont rigoureusement contrôlées pour préserver les arômes fruités et la douceur naturelle du Grenache noir. La présence de 20g de sucre résiduel confère à ce vin une légère douceur, le rendant agréable et accessible.
