Driven by a quest for pleasure and balance, our wines come to life on your table, with your loved ones around moments of conviviality. Gourmet, simple or complex, the richness of our wines is synthesized in the pleasure of tasting them.
Our whites are the happy marriage of white Grenache for character, Clairette and Marsanne for fruitiness, Bourboulenc and Ugni-blanc for freshness, elegance and distinction. They are obtained by direct pressing and ferment at low temperature, between 14 and 16°C.
The rosés are obtained from Cinsault and Grenache noir (50%-50%) by direct pressing.
The reds are tempered by the Carignan, the Grenache noir expresses all its splendor giving the power of the matter and the typicity. The intensity of the robe, and the aromas of red fruits and spices are brought by the Syrah. As for the Mourvèdre, its tannins give it a potential to age.
