The vines are planted on a clay soil which is quite heavy which will give powerful, colored and tannic wines.
Vendange
The grapes are harvested mechanically, which allows them to be picked at an excellent maturity.
Vinification
The different grape varieties are vinified separately.
The grapes are completely destemmed. The vatting lasts about 40 days for the Grenache and Syrah, which provides a nice roundness, powerful aromas and a color instance.
Concerning the Viognier, the harvest is pressed as soon as it arrives at the winery. The settling is done by cold decantation for about 48 hours. The fermentation temperatures are very controlled in order to obtain a fresh and fruity wine in mouth.

Very nice deep color with garnet reflections.

Bouche
The attack is fresh, the aromas of candied red fruits and dry fruits (fig) dominate, completed by sweet spices.
