Introducing our 2019 Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Puyméras red cuvée, raised in compliance with organic farming practices.

This full-bodied wine is grown at the foothills of the majestic MountVentoux, like an ode to the richness of our terroir.

Terroir

The vines are planted on a red clay-limestone soil which is quite heavy and gives powerful, colourful and tannic wines.

Vendange

The grapes are harvested mechanically, which allows a perfectly ripe harvest.

Vinification

The grapes are completely destemmed. The vatting process lasts between 20 and 30 days, which allows for a nice roundness, powerful aromas and a beautiful colour.

Élevage

Aged in concrete vats with regular racking to clarify the wine, which will allow very little filtering.

Robe

Dark cherry colour, brilliant, intense and very deep.

Nez

Pleasant, rich aroma of small red berries. It is dense, expressive and intense.

Bouche

Beautiful with a frank and elegant attack. Small red and black fruits with floral and balsamic notes. Beautiful finish, long and harmonious. A nice balance between tannins and fruit.
