The delivery time for orders is a maximum of 5 working days for wines in stock after receipt of payment. Non-working days include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as days when road transport is prohibited. These times are indicated in the order confirmation received by e-mail by the customer. The order is delivered to the delivery address chosen by the customer.
EARL LE PUY DU MAUPAS undertakes to do everything possible to deliver the products ordered as quickly as possible.
The average delivery times are specified on the delivery page, and vary according to the delivery method chosen by the customer.
The delivery is made within the time limit set by the direct handover of the product to the announced recipient, or in the event of absence, by notice of availability.
Any delays, except in cases of force majeure, may give rise to a right to reimbursement at the customer's request. War, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied shall be considered as cases of force majeure discharging the seller from his obligation to deliver.
The customer is obliged to carefully check his parcels upon delivery in order to immediately express any reservations to the carrier.

The wines are delivered in boxes of 6 or 12 bottles, which can be delivered at the same time to the same place.
Payment for products purchased from EARL LE PUY DU MAUPAS is payable in full when the order is placed. The wines remain the property of EARL LE PUY DU MAUPAS until the invoices are paid in full. Payments are made by credit card. An invoice will be drawn up by and sent to the customer at his billing address.
In application of the provisions of article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a legal period of fourteen clear days from the delivery of his order to return the delivered article for exchange or reimbursement, at the buyer's choice, without penalties except for the return costs.
The return costs are at the customer's expense. EARL LE PUY DU MAUPAS undertakes to reimburse the customer, with the exception of the return postage costs which remain at the customer's expense. The refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of the return.
