Terroir

Sandy soil - Thanks to their ability to promote rapid, efficient drainage, sandysoils are a precious asset for these grape varieties. They provide optimal water balance for the roots that ensures aneven ripening of the grapes. As a result, the wines produced fromthese soils offer a unique freshness, while preserving the typicityand aromatic complexity of each grape variety.

Vendange

Mechanical - Definitely the best option to ensure quickharvest but above all to pick grapes atoptimum phenolic ripeness. The aim is also to preserve the quality of thebunches by avoiding excessive handling,particularly on delicate grape varieties.

Vinification

The grapes are completely destemmed, thenbegins a 30-day vatting period. The aim of this prolonged operation is toextract a full range of aromas and tannins,while preserving the fruity, well-balancedcharacter of this cuvée.

Élevage

Ageing takes place in concrete vats, withregular racking operations to clarify the wineand reduce the need for filtration. Bottlingwill start the following spring to preserve thewine's freshness and flavour.

Robe

Dark ruby color with violet highlights.

Nez

The nose is delicate, expressive and intense, withnotes of spices and red berries.

Bouche

On the palate, this wine offers round mellowtannins with delicate notes of raspberry,blackberry and blackcurrant.
