Chestnut ice mousse

Servings: 6 to 8 people

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Resting time (before tasting): 12 hours

Ingredients :

300 grams vanilla chestnut purée

1 packet vanilla sugar

1 brick of very cold unsweetened condensed milk (20 cl)


  • Beat the very cold milk with an electric mixer until it triples in volume
  • While beating, add the chestnut purée and vanilla sugar
  • Pour the mixture into pre-oiled individual molds
  • Place in the freezer for at least 12 hours
  • Serve with warm chocolate sauce or whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles
