This balanced blend of 50% Grenache Noir and 50% Cinsault offers a perfect harmony of structure and freshness: the rich red fruit of Grenache meets the liveliness and floral notes of Cinsault, creating a light and elegant rosé, typical of Provence.
Sandy soils promote optimal drainage and even ripening, ensuring a unique freshness and refined aromatic complexity.
With its brilliant robe and delicate peach-skin hues, Instant Complice delights the senses with a generous nose of fresh strawberry and wild raspberry. On the palate, the attack is lively, marked by a pleasant freshness and a deliciously fruity charm.
Mechanically harvested at perfect ripeness, destemmed and quickly pressed, this rosé benefits from fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and aging without malolactic fermentation, to preserve all its freshness.
Food and wine pairings: perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with charcuterie, grilled dishes, summer salads, and white meats.
