TerroirThe vines are planted on a red clay-limestone soil which is quite heavy and gives powerful, colourful and tannic wines.
VendangeThe grapes are harvested mechanically, which allows a perfectly ripe harvest.
VinificationThe grapes are completely destemmed. The vatting process lasts between 20 and 30 days, which allows for a nice roundness, powerful aromas and a beautiful colour.
ÉlevageAged in concrete vats with regular racking to clarify the wine, which will allow very little filtering.
