VendangeThe grapes are harvested mechanically, which allows them to be picked at an excellent maturity.
VinificationThe grapes are completely destemmed. The vatting period lasts about 60 days, which gives a nice roundness, powerful aromas and a nice colour.
ÉlevageAged in concrete vats with regular racking to clarify the wine, which will allow very little filtering.
NezBlack fruit and blackcurrant aromas, violet note, slight graphite note. The nose is dense, expressive and intense.
BoucheFull-bodied, with tight and silky tannins, good density and persistence. Aromas of blackberries and liquorice.
RobeDark and very deep colour. Purple hues.
