Terroir

The vines are planted on sandy soil that is very permeable to water and air, allowing water to infiltrate very easily so that the vines can be watered quickly.

Vendange

The grapes are harvested mechanically, which allows them to be picked at an excellent maturity.

Vinification

The grapes are completely destemmed. The vatting process lasts about 25 days, which gives the wine a nice roundness.

Élevage

Matured in concrete vats with regular pumping over to clarify the wine, which will allow almost no filtering.

Dark ruby colour with purple hues.

Nez

Spices, small red fruits. The nose is delicate, expressive and intense.

Round and melted tannins. Aromas of raspberry, blackberry and blackcurrant.
