VendangeThe grapes are harvested mechanically, which allows them to be picked at an excellent maturity.
VinificationThe grapes are completely destemmed. The vatting process lasts about 25 days, which gives the wine a nice roundness.
ÉlevageMatured in concrete vats with regular pumping over to clarify the wine, which will allow almost no filtering.
